How It Works
Snap a Photo
Take a photo of any civic issue you spot: litter, potholes, graffiti, broken lights, anything that needs fixing.
AI Does the Rest
Our AI analyzes the image, identifies the issue type, and generates a clear description. You just review and tap submit.
Sent to the Council
Your report is automatically forwarded to the relevant Dublin City Council department with full details, photos, and location.
Track on the Map
Every report appears on a public map so the community can see what issues exist and upvote the ones that matter most.
Why We Built This
Dublin deserves better. Reporting an issue to the council shouldn't take five minutes of form-filling. It should take ten seconds and a photo. That's the standard we're building toward.
Resolve Dublin was inspired by civic platforms around the world that empower residents to quickly flag problems and hold local government accountable through transparency. Every report is visible on a public map, creating a living record of what needs attention across the city.
This is a community project, built by Dublin residents who were tired of the friction between seeing a problem and getting it reported. We use AI to remove that friction: snap a photo, and the platform handles categorization, description, and routing to the right council department.
